Yarrow offers interactive in-person and virtual facilitation services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and project. We enjoy using platforms like Kahoot! and Poll Everywhere to increase engagement among attendees. We also prioritize productivity, striving for each attendee to walk away with tangible results and a sense of accomplishment.
Evaluation
Yarrow offers comprehensive evaluation services customized to help you meet your goals. Whether you need simple guidance or a robust set of measures- or something more complex- we will work with you to develop, track, analyze, and report for your project. In many instances, we can also provide training and support to empower your team to perform the evaluation in-house.
Assessment & Strategic Planning
Yarrow has facilitated a variety of Needs Assessments at program, county, Tribal, and state levels. After every good assessment comes planning, and we have also created program, county, Tribal and statewide plans across various health topics.
Yarrow ensures that your county or Tribe will have everything it needs to meet Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) standards for Community Health Assessments (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIP).
COVID-19
Yarrow has been riding the ever-evolving COVID wave since the beginning. In March 2020 we began working with the earliest-affected small county health departments in determining how to investigate and contract trace their first cases. We assisted with organizing Incident Commands, answering questions from the media, translating rapidly moving science into public information, organizing and analyzing data, creating community Phase Plans, and meeting many other evolving needs in the fast-paced environment of emerging infectious diseases.
We have continued to work on various projects that run the entire COVID pandemic gamut: lockdown - evolving masking guidance - testing - school shutdowns - phased vaccinations - at-home testing - after action reports - science of the virus and human behavior - political tightropes - new normal.
Tribal Health Technical Assistance
Tribal health systems often operate differently from privately owned, county, or city healthcare operations. For a decade we have worked within the Indian Health Services and directly with Tribal Health Departments across Montana, which gives us a rare understanding of how many aspects of these systems work.
Project Management
Need help getting organized around a project? Our team can provide as little or as much support as you need to get your project rolling—or to follow it through to completion right alongside you. Depending on your needs, Yarrow can help orient an initial group of people around tasks and timelines, get everyone moving in the same direction, or even step in and actively manage and complete tasks over the lifespan of the project.

Yarrow excels at enhancing quantitative data with qualitative research. We are available when you need qualified, experienced assistance in interviewing, coding, organizing, and writing.
